Government Degree College Samba has established a Gyan Vatika Book Reading Club
in the college campus. The creation of Gyan Vatika (Garden of Knowledge) evokes
a sense of relaxation and serenity and implies a place where book lovers can gather
and explore literature together. Gyan Vatika aims to fashion a vibrant platform
where book enthusiasts can share knowledge, ideas and literary enjoyment over insightful
discussions while fostering personal and collective growth. Gyan Vatika highlights
fortnightly activities such as Book Talks, Author Spotlights, Genre Exploration,
Guest Speakers, Lit. Quiz, Book Swaps, Film Clips etc.
